I joined the Trinidad and Tobago Field Naturalists’ Club in 2012. Undoubtedly, the event that drew me to the club was the initial Bioblitz in Tucker Valley, Chaguaramas. Since then, I’ve learnt quite a lot about the natural environment of Trinidad and Tobago from this club. Fast forward to 13th August 2020, when I was able to share my eXXpedition experience with the club members and discuss the issue of plastic pollution as it relates to us here in the Caribbean Region.
